To be a little jealous is probably not so harmful. But most of the time jealousy is a destructive force I don't want in my life. When I'm jealous I am driven mad with the fear that someone is going to take away someone that I love. My favorite story about jealousy was written by Cervantes, it can be found inside his most famous work, the one with Sancho Panza. Maybe it's time for me to go back a read it again.
