When Disasters Happen

This week I've been connecting with my family members in Ecuador via facebook and email. Their country is dealing with the worst natural disaster that it has faced in many years. I have heard their pain and sadness as they witness terrible suffering and feel so much uncertainty. So many people have been trapped in the rubble, no one knows what the final death toll will be. I am praying for the people of Ecuador. And I am gladdened to see so many people now pitching in to help those who are in need of it.
