speaking from the heart

Because I was guilty of using sarcasm too much I'm learning to not be sarcastic. I'm not proud to confess that I was both a sarcastic and cynical guy. Thank God this has changed! I have seen wonderful changes in my life. And I have learned to speak kind words and sincere words from the heart.
