Thanks Dad!

I can identify with people who say that as a child they didn't like when their parents would push them to practice playing piano daily. In my case my parent didn't  get on my case to practice piano but he did push me to write in a journal often especially when we were abroad. I'm grateful for this today because I can peruse my journal from 1978 and see a snapshot of what my  life was like then as a boy from the USA spending time with family in a foreign land.
