three minute retreat

It sounds kind of strange but I often do 3 minute retreats. These are sent to me and I get them in my email. The last one was entitled "Forgive us our Trespasses". And it asked me if I am holding grudges. I held many grudges for decades. One was against a classmate who had hurt me physically in elementary school. But by the grace of a Divine Being I don't hold any grudges today. Those were too heavy to carry around!
