Good actions lead to Good thinking

When I'm acting the right way it help me think happy, positive thoughts. So much of my life is about taking action to improve myself. I attend classes at a local university and do much reading and writing. I go to the Y to keep myself active. (I'd also like to start taking yoga classes there).
I'm not fanatical about exercise but like to go for walks along the river and also like stretching exercises.

Other actions I can take to improve my attitude are praying, calling and visiting friends and writing gratitude lists.
