Rocco Phelan asks for help

Rocco says, "I hit my knees in the A.M. so I don't bend my elbow in the P.M.". It's simple and effective and Rocco likes simplicity! In the evening he thanks God for the gift of sobriety. His buddy Fred remembered when swimmers at the beach  used to make the sign of the cross and pray before jumping in the water. But the funny thing was that they didn't say a prayer of thanks to the Creator when they merrily exited the water.
