Pesto Pizza and Tamarind Chicken

My new inspiration is coming from Rita who tries to teach me how to cook. After knowing her for over 30 years she has become my "cooking professor". One of my favorite treats now is Pesto Pizza! I also want to learn to make "pollo al tamarindo", since I always have loved the flavor of tamarinds. I have always enjoyed working in restaurants (mostly as a dishwasher) and now I'm looking to see if I have any latent cooking talent.

    Pesto anything is my favorite!! Cooking requires creativity, curiosity, attention to detail... all skills you possess. I'm sure you have latent talent. Anytime you want to cook Team Vets I'm sure we'd cancel the run for your dishes. Or you could cater a movie night :)

    Claire, I like your comment about cooking requiring curiosity! The only way I can learn new things is to be curious and willing to ask lots of questions. So glad you're following "Sunshine of the Spirit"!
