There's one question I ask myself when I look at my behavior towards the ladies and it's "would this be the way I would want someone to treat my sister?". I need to be honest when I answer and adjust myself if necessary.
Another thing to think about is that all of us have souls and these souls are neither male nor female. The soul has no gender. I can't think of a woman as an object when I look in her eyes and recognize the light of her soul that radiates from inside.
