License to Drink Revoked

One fellow was trying to decide if he should stop drinking alcoholic beverages. He was asked, "if the Commonwealth of Massachusetts was issuing licenses to drink alcohol do you think that you would be eligible for one?" When he reflected on his drinking history he soon admitted that he had abused his privilege and would not be a good candidate for a license to imbibe alcohol.
