Courage to make mistakes

I've made some mistakes and a couple cost of them resulted in me being terminated from jobs. Still I want to always have the courage to act without being afraid of making of making a mistake.  I was inspired to write this post today by the quote by Paulo Coehlo that landed in my inbox. One line of it was that "you must have sufficient courage to make mistakes."
