"Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do." Whenever I'm feeling sorry for myself, I make a gratitude list. This gratitude list contains the things I can do. I am grateful that I can love and be loved, that I can see, hear and speak, that I can walk, run and dance. I'm grateful that I have a "toolbelt" and I use these spiritual tools that help me cope with life's valleys and peaks.
