I hear people talking about getting angry when they are driving their vehicle. Some go to the extreme of chasing after other drivers to attempt to start a fracas. My buddy Teddy had anger issues but has found a way to keep his anger in check. When he's driving and feels his anger growing he calls a time out and pulls his car to the side of the road. When he feels calm again he resumes his trip.
He also used to get furious when his shoelaces would break; but once again he found a solution for his problem. Teddy no longer buys shoes that have laces. Almost always you will see him wearing loafers. Problem solved.
This reminds me of what my supervisor tells me: "Anybody can tell me about problems. I like it when they tell me about solutions."
