Ocean of Air

I'm reading a quote by Mr. Welch Pogue which is delightful. He says "Unlike the boundaries of the sea by the shorelines, the "ocean of air" laps at the border of every state, city, town and home throughout the world." I like this image of an ocean of air lapping at the rooftops. Wonderful!
