Mrs. Nolin was a colleague of mine with a terrific gift. She always saw the good in every student. She told one sixth grader "You are a good kid" and he said, "No one ever said that to me before." And she was right that he was a good kid (wish I had said that to him). I'd like to be full of love and kind words like her. I've been hard on myself many times and people like "Rich the Fireman" and Danny W. have told me "You are a good guy". They said it so many times today I believe it-I say "I am a good guy!".
