A Smile as Big as the Moon

The book "A Smile as Big as the Moon" relates the true story of a fantastic teacher who is able to inspire his charges to become better than they thought they could ever be. He leads a group of special education students (who many thought could not achieve great things) to Space Camp and they perform well there. There are so many teachers who are fantastic and I am grateful for the uplifting tales of teachers who are heroes (like ones I had).
