Second Chances

Today I was at St. Anthony's Shrine and read about Jonah and the whale. It was a merciful God that gave Jonah his second chance! I imagine being inside a whale isn't pleasant but it clearly was a wake up call for Jonah. I'm grateful for the Franciscans who told me the tale of Jonah today.
